A joint degree for graduates interested in Orthodontics has been developed by King's College, University of London (KCL) and the University of Malta. Successful completion of the programme will lead to the award of an M.Sc. in Orthodontics by both universities.

Students will spend most of the three-year training programme providing care at the new clinical facilities at Mater Dei Hospital and visit KCL for an introductory programme and two other times to prepare for exams.

Academic instruction will be delivered by local staff and through electronic links with KCL. Students will have access to KCL electronic libraries and King's Learning Institute to prepare for a graduate certificate in academic practice for teaching.
