Team-building seminar a success

The Radisson SAS Golden Sands was the venue of Lighthouse Communications' Spring 2009 seminar. The intensive two-day event was conducted by HR training consultant Michael Fenech, of Ideas Alive Ltd.

The main objective of the seminar was to give the Lighthouse team an opportunity to interact and participate in a number of fun activities devised to evaluate, identify and address issues related to communications and interpersonal skills, role play and leadership, time management and reaching objectives.

The programme was designed to challenge and inspire the entire staff, focusing mainly on team-building and communication exercises in an environment where ideas, skills and characters could be expressed in a safe environment, to provide a valuable learning experience across all levels.

Further training is being planned to address important issues that emerged and enhance the business optimisation process at team and individual levels.
