A 32-year-old motorcyclist from Kirkop has been taken to hospital after crashing into an electricity pole at around 1.30 p.m.

The police said the man was driving a Honda motorbike in December 13 Road, Marsa, towards Valletta when he lost control.

He is suffering from grievous injuries. The pole was damaged and Enemalta personnel were called to remove the danger.
