Anton Micallef has been appointed chairman of Viset, the operator of Valletta Waterfront, succeeding Joseph Zammit Tabona.

Dr Micallef has been involved in several cross-border commercial law matters and has extensive experience in corporate and international law within the EU, the Middle East and the US.

Mr Zammit Tabona relinquished his post after he was appointed as High Commissioner to the UK and Northern Ireland.
