Gasan bond issue over-subscribed in an hour
The Gasan bond issue closed one hour after it opened yesterday because it was oversubscribed.
Gasan Finance Company plc, part of the Gasan Group of Companies, announced a €15 million six per cent bond issue earlier this month.
This was the company's fifth edition of the 2014-16 bond issue.
The company had said the new bond issue would be used for general funding, to refinance part of the group companies' debt or to be lent to them.

If Gasan publishes the number of persons/entities who subscribed to the bonds and what amount each subscribed to then we would get a good idea of who who took them camilleri. Would anyone in his proper state of mind think that they were subscribed by workers?
