Għar Lapsi quarry worker dies

The 32-year-old worker who fell eight storeys at a quarry in Għar Lapsi on April 8 has died, the police said yesterday.

None of the other quarry workers said they had seen the man fall when the accident took place.

The quarry, situated halfway along the hill leading to Għar Lapsi, is owned by Polidano Brothers.
