Endless queue
It took two-and-a-half hours in an endless queue at the Mediterranean Conference Centre to book two tickets for the musical Ġensna.
I expect the MCC management to issue an explanation for such poor service. Perhaps, the management may also wish to state what measures are being taken to avoid similar inconvenience in future.

I agree, but the truth is if you want to spend an evening out on this tiny island which does not include food, you don't have much choice. Personally speaking, I would attend activities at the MCC more often if the procedure to get tickets was simpler. But then again, the maltese are really used to shoddy service. The last time I've been to the MCC (a few weeks ago after an absence from my part of about 9 years), the event was sold out. That's no incentive for MCC to offer a better service.
