Which department of Melita do you work for?
What I can say that going around all through the companies they all have there up and downs. One might have a better rate then the others, but might have a bad signal.
One might have a better signal but better customer care. Others can have very bad Customer care and good rates. It difficult to choose as you always going to get it one way or an other. Some have it all bad!
Vodafone : ok Good publicity good offers as to customer care let me say ok and network normal.
Go: Offers so and so , Customer care I thing good rates can be slightly better.
Melita : Rates seem good , Customer care Ages to get through and network coverage not so good.
Personaly based on my oppinian of service they all have white hair some were.
Now it depends what kind of person you are. In Maltese words “Bil Grazzja”

I am also experiencing massive problems with GO mobile reception from within my home. To add insult to injury they have just suspended my land line for a ridiculous amount I have outstanding . All this shortly after I subscribed to their package. Shame on you GO ! I have a heart to join your competitors and leave you to do your worse with debt collection......

By any chance, does Melita employ cheerleaders to comment on all articles relating to telecommunications? When you read them you'd think that Melita services are the best invention after buttered toast, although I'm not sure that many present and ex Melita would agree.
Don't get me wrong, the Melita cheerleader comments are very entertaining and (almost endearing) in their exaggerated adulation of Melita (bow your heads and bend your knees) ... almost as much as this clip on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kts3Pbp4LgM

I suggest you visit www.melita.com before you jump to conclusions...- contract plans for 15Euros per month...incredible!!
and well done to Melita for removing time windows from top-up credit. i'm sure this will go down well with customers ...
Simon Busuttil, please take note.... no need to fight it any longer in the EP.
finally, customers are benefiting from some true competition

Why would GO need to launch a new service aimed at youths when they are already providing a mobile service to the country?
Is this an admission that so far GO has never really tapped this market? I doubt it. I am personally a young person subscribed to GO but frankly this MTV service has little appeal to me.
this is just another Bay Mobile - frizzy without substance.... flimsy and thinly spread.

I took a look at the rate son their website, they are still expensive just like Go and Vodafone. I think the cheapest are Melita, I've just connected with them and its very cheap with their per second rate.

Same with me! Were any 'high-rise' buildings built close to your home recently? Our terraced house is now flanked by two buildings that have one/two storeys of height more than us, and the reception problems commenced at round about the same time these levels were raised. I have a feeling it's connected. Contacted GO about this and they said installing new repeaters takes time and involves MEPA and that involves time (ditto) ;)
Let me know!

Agreed. the network service as well as customer care is well below par... all this is is a re-brand of what's already there.

Recently, I have been experiencing severe reception problems on my GO mobile, especially while at home . I hope that GO's service levels are not being affected by this new project.
PLease give me the service I'm paying for.
