Edward Hamilton has been appointed to head the letting department at Frank Salt Real Estate Group.

Mr Hamilton has been working with Frank Salt Real Estate as a letting consultant with the Sliema branch for the last two years and has valuable experience in the property and hospitality market, having worked in the industry for the last six years. He also has a thorough insight of marketing and communications.

"We are very pleased with this appointment," said managing director Joseph Lupi. "The growth that we have been having every year during recent years in the letting operations is not a coincidence. It is the fruit of 40 years hard work in building a name and a reputation in the letting sector. Since joining the Frank Salt Real Estate team, Mr Hamilton has been a firm believer in team work and the values of our company. He has shown enthusiasm and eagerness in achieving personal and company growth and he augurs well for the future well being of the Frank Salt Real Estate group."

Mr Hamilton takes over from Brian Decesare who has been heading this division at Frank Salt Real Estate for most of the last 40 years, being a key element in establishing the letting department and helping it grow into the strong unit it is today. Mr Decesare will retain his other portfolio within the organisation, as the property management unit manager, an area which has also been registering substantial growth over the last few years.

Frank Salt Real Estate is the leading real estate company in Malta.
