FimBank pre-placing bond issue over-subscribed

FimBank said that pre-placing of its bond issue up €20 million or its US dollar equivalent (being two-thirds of the total bond issue aggregate of €30 million) has taken place and was over-subscribed.

Subscriptions relating to preferred applicants, i.e. shareholders, directors and staff, are being met in full while those relating to authorised distributors are being scaled down proportionately to the sub-limit reserved of €10 million or its US dollar equivalent, FimBank said.

FimBank said it noted with satisfaction the strong response to the pre-placing which is likely to be carried over and mirrored into the general offer period that starts today at 8.30 a.m.
