Following the launch of its nationwide mobile services in February, Melita said it was once again adding more value for money to all its mobile customers.

Customers can now talk on Melita Mobile for as long as they need with call charges applied on a per second basis throughout the entire duration of the call.

Back in 2006, Melita pioneered per second billing on fixed line telephony and was the first to introduce this pricing model on fixed-line calls.

This charge-out concept has now been extended to Melita Mobile.

The introduction of per second billing on Melita Mobile continues to simplify the tariff and pricing structures of this mobile service.

Melita said that thousands of mobile users have made the switch to Melita Mobile since February 1.
