• The annual general meeting of the De La Salle College Former Students Association is being held today at 10 a.m. at the college in Cottonera, preceded by Mass at its chapel at 9 a.m. After the election of new committee members there will be a tour of the college and meetings of focus groups.

• St Paul's Band Club, Safi, will be marching through the streets of Safi today between 10.30 a.m. and noon to celebrate the Day of Safi.

• This year's Benjamin Tonna Lecture, organised by Discern in memory of its founder, will be dedicated to the theme 'A Church In Dialogue'. Rev Dr Michael Barnes SJ will be coming from London to deliver the lecture at the Phoenicia Hotel Ballroom, tomorrow, at 7 p.m.

• The first in this series of special evening events organised by Heritage Malta will be held on Wednesday at 6.30 p.m. Artist Madeleine Gera will be discussing a painting of her choice in the company of TV presenter Lou Bondi. • The Moviment Kattoliku Studenti Universitarji (MKSU), previously known as University Students Catholic Guild (USCG) and the University Students Catholic Movement (USCM), is holding a reunion on Thursday for all past and present members as part of its 80th anniversary celebrations. • Fr Fernando Franco, SJ, director of the Jesuit Social Justice Secretariat at the Jesuit Curia in Rome, will deliver a public lecture entitled 'The contribution which committed lay people are called to give in public life' on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom, Phoenicia Hotel, Floriana. Fr Franco will also lead a weekend non-residential seminar on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Mt St Joseph retreat house, Moata, organised by the Jesuit Centre for Faith and Justice in collaboration with the diocesan Pastoral Formation Institute. • A treasure hunt in aid of Dar Qalb ta' Gesu, Sta Venera, organised by Lions Club Mdina will be held on Sunday. The hunt will start at 10 a.m. from Monte Kristo Estates, Ħal Farruġ, where tea and coffee will be served. It will end at the same location with a light buffet dinner.
