Obituary
BENNETT. On April 9, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARGHERITA, née Stellini, widow of Albert Bennett, of Mosta, aged 90, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons Peter and his wife Carole and Paul, her grandchildren Philip and his wife Anne and Vincent, great-grandchildren, her sister Mary Stellini, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Tuesday at 8 a.m. for Mosta parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by internment at Mosta cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
MICALLEF. On April 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHARLES, of Sliema, aged 68, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Carmen, his children Mark and his wife Anna and Christine and her husband Joseph Baron, his grandchildren Ayrton, Massimo, Maris and Lara, his brothers and sisters Vivianne, widow of his brother Silvio, Jane and her husband Emmanuel Zammit, Mary Stella and Joseph Vassallo of Australia, Alfred and his wife Mary Rose, John and his wife Tessie, his in-laws and their families, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 9 a.m. for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. He leaves to mourn his irreparable loss his beloved partner Doris, his son Jason and wife Sharon, his daughters Mandy and Doris, his grandchildren, brothers Charlie, Edgar, Tancred, Tony and sisters Katie, Rosie, Lilly, Doris and their families, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be concelebrated tomorrow at 8 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica, Valletta, followed by interment at Qrendi cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
