Volksbank Malta shareholders have elected Joseph Bugelli (third from left) executive director. Mr Bugelli joined Volksbank in 2003 and was named company secretary in 2007. He will continue in his role as risk senior manager. Chief financial controller Mario Gauci (second from left) is the new company secretary. Mr Gauci and Mr Bugelli are flanked by managing director Herbert Skok (left) and vice-chairman Werner Wess.
