The Farsons Foundation will once again sponsor the press photography category of the Malta Journalism Awards organised by the Institute of Maltese Journalists (IĠM).

The press photography category attracted the very best elements within the Maltese press photographic community, IĠM chairman Malcolm J. Naudi said, adding that the standard was already high and was getting better every year.

The winner of the 19th edition of the Malta Journalism Awards in this category will be announced May 2. The three finalist press photographers are Michael Ellul, Matthew Mirabelli and Darrin Zammit Lupi.
