Valletta will be without Jamie Pace for Monday's top-of-the-table Premier League clash against Hibernians.

The Malta midfielder was yesterday handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner for a fourth yellow card he received during Saturday's 1-0 win over Marsaxlokk.

Msida face Relegation Pool rivals Ħamrun this weekend without Brazilian striker Pedro Dos Santos Calcado, sent off in the 0-0 draw against Tarxien, and Kenneth Spiteri. Both players received a one-match ban.

The Spartans, on their part, will have to do without Rupert Mangion, also suspended.

Three other players were sanctioned for one match yesterday.

These were: Adrian Ciantar (Qormi), Christian Cassar (Floriana) and Clifford Gatt Baldacchino (Tarxien).
