This building located opposite St John's Cavalier, originally had two floors but a third one was added sometime in the 20th century.

The façade has a central semi-circular arched doorway flanked by segmentally arched windows with a drip mould above the lintel and slightly recessed plain panels between the door and windows.

The two corners are defined by pilasters. The upper floor also has three openings with a wooden balcony supported on three large and elaborately carved corbels in the middle, flanked by two windows having projecting sills and a triangular pediment above the lintel, with panels between the apertures as at ground floor. A string course divides the two floors and at roof level, above which is a parapet wall with a cornice. The side elevation onto Triq il-Kavallier is longer than the front elevation and has the same arrangement of floors with rows of ten windows per floor, the architectural treatment of which repeats the same as those on the main façade.

Mepa scheduled the Unnumbered Property in Triq Zekka c/w No. 2 Triq il-Kavallier as a Grade 1 national monument as per Government Notice No. 276/08 in the Government Gazette dated March 28, 2008.
