Acrobatic weekend at Bay Street

The Bay Street Complex will be hosting a spectacular weekend of activities on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April.

The main attraction is an acrobatic show by the young and energetic members of the Degymnastic Club. The show starts at 3.30p.m. on Sunday when the young members of the club will be involved in a series of amazing gymnastic movements including acrobatic dives, flying cartwheels, diving through hoops and rhythmic gymnastics

Activities at the Bay Street Complex also feature performances by the Allegria Flamengo Dance Company, the Dar tal-Providenza Wheelchair dancing team and the Malta Academy for the Performing Arts.

Visitors to the complex will also be able to view an original display of colourful Easter bonnets prepared and worn by the residents fo Dar tal-Providenza in the popular Easter Bonnet Parade held at Bay Street on Easter Sunday.

Fundraising in aid of the Hospice Movement will be held during the weekend. A sale of plants and flowers, courtesy of Green Suppliers of Burmarrad, will also be held to raise funds for the Mission Fund.
