Siema and Floriana featured in a 1-1 draw in a Championship pool clash this afternoon.

Effiong scored for Qormi in the 70th minute.

Ivan Woods scored for Sliema half way through the first half, with Anonam saving a point for Floriana in the 62nd minute.

Earlier, Hamrun beat neighbours Qormi 2-1 this afternoon to confirm their place at the top of the relegation pool of the Premier League. The three points came courtesy of first half goals by Gaetan Spiteri and Sylvano Comvalius.
