Around 350 Easter eggs were sold in aid of the Appoġġ Children's Fund. This is the fourth consecutive year that the fundraising committee has embarked on such an initiative with the help of several volunteers. This year, it was supported by Credit Europe Bank.

Proceeds from this event will be utilised to meet the basic or special demands of the children followed by Appoġġ social workers. The money will come in handy especially in situations where children require food, clothing, medication, uniforms, books, payment for a school outing or project, sportswear, visits to a medical consultant or any other specialised treatment, be it medical or psychological.
