In your piece about the President's inauguration ceremony 'Journalists criticise ceremony logistics' (The Sunday Times, April 5), you report that journalists complained "because cameramen working for Where's Everybody were allowed access to areas that were out of bounds to cameramen - excluding the ones with the State broadcaster - from other media houses."

For the record, three weeks before the event we made a formal request to the incoming President's office to film the inauguration ceremony behind-the-scenes. We did not ask for exclusivity of access. Permission was granted to us through the normal channels.
