Google, as we all might know, is one of the biggest search engines on the Web and it is also featured in the Maltese language. The Maltese version of this website is hosted by the University.

One thing keeps me wondering how seriously the responsibility of hosting this site is being taken.

A few years ago, Google Malta was hacked and had all of its buttons and text changed into Maltese vulgar phrases. The same happened this week as I noticed another 'hack' on Google Malta. I noticed a change was made to the Kullma Trid Tkun Taf Fuq Google link.

It was transformed into Kullma Trid Tkun Taf Fuq Samuel Borg.

I only wonder how easily Google Malta gets hacked.

Are there any professional IT personnel who ensure things like these don't happen at the University?
