Salaries and benefits report for IT sector

Misco recently issued the fourth edition of its Salaries and Benefits Report for the IT sector, compiled with the aim of providing senior management with information about the various remuneration packages within the industry.

Spanning January to March, the report focuses on salaries and benefits offered in ICT and non-ICT companies. This information gives the end user a better picture of local remuneration, thus permitting a more accurate positioning of the organisation within the market.

Titles include systems manager, operations/services manager, IT manager, business development manager, quality manager, software specialist, technical specialist/architect, project manager, project leader, junior software developer, software developer, senior software developer, IT engineer, systems analyst, systems administrator, quality analyst, software support executive, information security officer, help desk officer, software tester, web developer and business analyst.
