European conference in Malta

Kingston Sorel International, one of the top 30 alliances of independent accounting firms in the world, will be organizing its European annual conference in Malta. KSi Malta, the local representative firm, has been entrusted with the organisation of the conference, which will take place at Le Meridien Hotel and Spa, St Julian's between April 23 and 25.

Over 40 delegates are expected to attend, representing audit, accountancy and advisory firms throughout Europe. Joseph Gauci, managing partner of KSi Malta, said organising such a conference was an honour since "we've only become members of Kingston Sorel International in 2008". On the other hand, it shows the importance of Malta as a financial centre, he said.

Sir Michael Snyder, chairman of Kingston Sorel International, will be chairing the conference. Sir Snyder is also a managing partner of Kingston Smith, London.
