Giant figolla in Valletta today

A mammoth figolla is on display in Valletta's Freedom Square this morning and people are free to come along and tuck into this traditional Easter delicacy.

Measuring three by 2.5 metres, the figolla is being showcased in Vodafone's branded gazebo.

Vodafone Malta head of marketing Michael Darmanin said the company wanted to do something different for Easter.

Vodafone customers will also have the chance to win three mobile phones, by sending a picture of their homemade decorated figolla via MMS on 9907 2868 by April 19.

The figolla will be in the square between 8.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.
