Vodafone in figolla treat tomorrow
Vodafone will tomorrow (Saturday) be showcasing and sharing a figolla measuring 3x .5 metres in Freedom Square Valletta.
A branded gazebo will host Vodafone representatives who will greet the visiting public with a piece of this traditional delicacy.
The event will be held between 8.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.
“This Easter we thought of doing something different for our community. Therefore, as part of our Easter festivities, we are giving all the visitors to Valletta the opportunity to taste our massive figolla. We invite everyone to join us,” said Michael Darmanin, Head of Marketing at Vodafone Malta.
Vodafone customers will also also the chance to win three mobile phones. All they have to do is send a picture of their homemade decorated figolla via MMS on 9907 2868 by not later than April 19. The three best decorated figollas have the chance to win the following mobile phones: 1st Prize - LG KF310, 2nd Prize - Samsung M310, 3rd Prize - Vodafone 527.
Local celebrities will be visiting the stand.

instead of wasting so much money on a figolla, we as vodafone customers would prefer if you donate the equivalent spent on this figolla to the vodafone foundation

@ Michael Agius : if Go and Melita will join Voda we will have a bigger and tastier figolla, after all, all of them are great at doing figollas and the 'good' thing it's not just during Easter they do them.

Very nice thought Vodafone. It is also clever marketing and nice way of doing business. Sure the figolla will go down well. Never mind about the diet folks, mine is certainly not going well and love figolli very much, hard to give them a miss.
