Man pleads not guilty to drug trafficking, possession

Patrick Gatt, 34, of Birkirkara has been granted bail against a deposit of 2,000 euros and a personal guarantee of 5,000 euros after pleading not guilty to possessing cocaine in circumstances which denote it was not for his exclusive use.

Mr Gatt was also charged with trafficking the drug and committing the crime within 100 metres of an establishment frequented by youths.
