Earlier this year, Citroën's entry-level activity vehicle, the Nemo Combi, gained a second trim level. Designed for greater family emphasis, the trim package features quarter-lights, a tailgate and a 60:40 split-folding rear bench for greater modularity, making it possible to transport long objects and rear passengers at the same time.

With its compact exterior dimensions (3,960 mm long and 1,720 mm wide) and tight turning circle, it proves easy to handle and nimble.

The design hides a spacious interior: there is elbow room of 1,420 mm at the front and 1,441 mm at the rear, headroom of 1,063 mm at the front and 1.049 mm at the rear, and a total cabin length of 1,680 mm.

The rear bench, positioned 40mm higher than the seats at the front, gives passengers at the rear a clear view of the road.

Boot volume is equally generous, varying from 356 litres under the parcel shelf to 884 litres up to the back of the front seat when the rear bench is tumbled forward. With the rear bench completely removed, boot volume increases to 2.5 cubic metres.

The Nemo Combi can be fitted with an MP3 compatible radio CD player, a Bluetooth hands-free kit, rear parking assist and cruise control with a speed limiter.

It comes with a choice of two engines: a 1.4i petrol and an HDi 70 diesel.

Prices start at €14,999. For information call Muscats Motors on 2326 4583/4/5 or visit www.citroen.com.mt.
