Cospicua Police Day

Cospicua primary school recently organised a Police Day during which police officers gave the pupils educational talks on subjects ranging from behaviour on roads and fingerprinting to drug and child abuse.

The Police dog section also put on a show, with the main attraction being when a police dog ran after a policeman pretending to be an escaping armed robber and locked his jaws on the man's flailing arms.

But the biggest thrill for the children was when they were allowed to climb inside two patrol cars from the Mobile section and ride two motorcycles from the traffic section and press all the buttons they could see on them.
