Daren Vassallo La Rosa, 36, started undergoing an extradition hearing this morning after having been arrested on a European arrest warrant.

The court was told that he is wanted in The Netherlands for having allegedly trafficked 10 kilos of cannabis hemp.

Magistrate Doreen Clarke turned down a request for bail.
