Alexandra Debono, 40 of Pieta was this morning charged in court with the involuntary death of a 32-year-old motorcyclist in a traffic accident in Burmarrad two years ago.

She was accused of having caused a crash into the motorcycle after a U-turn which was performed without proper care in March 2007.

She pleaded not guilty.
