Promotion of culture and talent in Żabbar

The initiative of the Żabbar civic council to encourage local talent is commendable and deserves appreciation from all those who cherish the promotion of culture.

The quarterly concerts, held for the second year running by the council with the support of the local council, to usher in each incoming season, have turned out to be a showcase of emerging talent. Renowned personalities invited to participate in these concerts are considered as a beacon of encouragement to our budding talented youngsters. All this is proof of the civic council's firm commitment towards the promotion of culture.
