Dancers performing the Kumittiva traditional dance during the third edition of Seħer il-Punent, a festival of art, crafts, music and traditions, held between Thursday last week and Sunday in Għarb. The Kumittiva was a tradition by village and peasant folk for merry making and dates back many years. In the past it used to be an all-male dance and half the participants used to dress up as females.
