Charles Guntrip, 29, Renald Barbara, 28 and Paul Abela 53, all of Rabat, were remanded in custody today after they pleaded not guilty to stealing from the Dolphin Forge factory in Msida on Sunday.

They also denied receiving stolen goods, damaging property, relapsing and violating the conditions of previous sentences.

The police said on Sunday that three men were arrested in the factory after a tip-off.

In another case, Justin Polidano, of Kirkop, was remanded in custody after he pleaded not guilty to stealing from a house in Carmel Street, St Julian's, on March 3. He was also accused of being a relapser.
