A Maltese board game entitled Melita and Gaudos goes on sale on April 3 for €30. The game was invented by U-Knighted, a company made up of 10 Junior College, Msida students who are in the running for Best Company of the Year in this year's Junior Achievement Young Enterprise. The winning team will represent Malta in the European Company of the Year Awards.

The game aims to make Maltese culture, history and heritage interesting to both schoolchildren and adults.

The board depicts a map of the Maltese Islands and players must plan the shortest route from the airport, to Gozo, to Valletta, with souvenirs purchased along the way. Players will be asked questions about Malta and the Maltese en route.
