DISTEFANO. On March 19, HENRY, aged 76, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughters Nadya, Corinne and her husband Timmy Camilleri and Michèle and her husband David Vella and his adored grandchildren Becky, Jonathan, Chris and Benji, his sisters Yvonne, Lillian and her husband Victor Buhagiar and his in-laws Rose widow of Frank, Rose widow of Arthur and Lawrence widower of Marcelle and Emma widow of Michael Pizzuto and Therèse Darmenia Grech, nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

ELLUL. On March 19, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPH, former organist at the Paola parish church, aged 91, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Francis and Ċensina, Joe and Ċettina, Rose, Antoinette and Joe, grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Santa Marija Addolorata Cemetery.

Requiem Mass

Today's 6.30 p.m. Mass at St Gregory's parish church, Sliema, will be said for the repose of the soul of MARCO D'AGATA. Family and friends are invited to attend.

Żabbar bazaar

Dar Sagra Familja will hold a bazaar at 25, Mediatrix Place, Żabbar between Sunday and March 29. It will be open from 8.30 a.m. to noon and 4 to 7 p.m. between Monday and Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Ferry cafeteria

The damaged flooring in the cafeteria of the Gozo ferry's MV Malita will be replaced between Monday and April 3, and will therefore be closed to the public. The vessel will still be working on schedule.
