A temporary agreement has been reached between Air Malta and the Airline Pilots' Association on an online roster system, the union said.
"This morning a conciliation meeting was held between ALPA and Air Malta with the mediation of the Director Of Industrial Employment Relations Dr Noel Vella. During this meeting a temporary agreement was reached between ALPA and Air Malta.
"This will hopefully lead to a permanent solution to a dispute between both parties," ALPA said.
"With immediate effect, the industrial action at Air Malta has been suspended. ALPA apologises for any inconvenience Air Malta passengers had to go through as a direct result of the industrial action taken."
The union had been delaying flights by 30 minutes as it insisted on consultation for improvement to the software of the new online roster.
