I am a Maltese national living in the UK. My wife and I have a second property in Gozo.
The most economical way of contacting companies/organisations is by e-mail. However, over the years it is evident that e-mails are just ignored. To get any response we have either sent repeated e-mails or had to phone. I can name and shame, although I doubt it would generate an improvement in service or attitude.
One prime example is Melita Cable. I intend to write to the chairman via a registered letter to seek his views.
