Ten goals were scored but there was no change at the top of the Premier League as the first two matches of the second phase were played today at Ta'Qali.
In the first match, Hibs made sure they kept on top when they beat Marsaxlokk 4-1 - the same score as their previous encounter.
The match marked the opening of the second phase of the league, with the points having been halved.
Hibs were three goals ahead after an hour thanks to Ben Camilleri, Clayton Failla and Terence Scerri.
Cassar got one back for Marsaxlokk before Cohen hammered in the fourth for HIbs.
Valletta made sure they kept up with Hibs by beating Sliema 5-0 in the second match.
Priso scored after six minutes and Grioli and Pace followed in quick succession in the fifteenth and seventeenth minutes.
Gilbert Agius made it four from the penalty spot on the 72nd minute and Priso scored his second and added to Sliema's embarrassment four minutes from time.
Valletta thus remain a point adrift of Hibs.
