The Times' food and drink magazine E&D returns tomorrow with a colourful issue jam-packed with recipes and ideas for the upcoming season.

On the menu are a sumptuous selection of goodies to suit all taste-buds, from the semi-sweet taste of kwareżimal, qagħaq tal-għasel (treacle rings) and coffee to more traditional dishes such as risotto and lasagne, to name but a few.

The much-followed personality interview is this month dedicated to four very special guests, all of whom specialise in outdoor activities such as trekking, climbing, abseiling and mountaineering.

Monthly favourites Gloria Mizzi and Concita Demicoli are also back, Ms Mizzi with her always useful advice and delicious recipes and Ms Demicoli with a spread featuring cinnamon and the diverse ways it can be used to add flavour to food.

On the travel front, E&D this month takes you all the way to South Africa, London and the Isle of Wight.

From this issue onwards, E&D will be published on a Friday in order to give readers a complete weekend in which to enjoy the great recipes and restaurants found in each issue.

E&D is published by Allied Newspapers Limited and designed by MediaMaker Limited. The magazine is edited by Ramona Depares.
