The 'Cappuccino Tiramisu', a liquor containing Illy coffee, Hennessy cognac, Galliano, Amaretto and chocolate sauce, has been invented by Grand Hotel Excelsior head barman Paul Cassar, who has been tending bars for 32 years. It was launched last Wednesday in the Excelsior's Chartroom Bar in conjunction with the M Demajo Group, sole marketers and distributors of the Illy brand.
