Carnival disturbance

A small number of people are incapable of creating a comic carnival situation and their miserable attempts serve only to produce a silly and poor reflection of themselves.

Besides, when their efforts result in a situation which hurts the sentiments of the majority of a nation's population, as happened recently at Nadur, they would be disturbing not only the carnival spirit but also the inner peace which well meaning people cherish.

Those who utilise such unfortunate situations to hurl mud at the Holy Church and at our beloved bishops are betrayed by their own writings and their intentions should rightly be questioned.
