The Honda Formula One team has been saved barely three weeks before the start of the season and will compete as Brawn GP, the renamed team said today.

Britain's Jenson Button and Brazilian veteran Rubens Barrichello, last year's Honda line-up, will continue to drive for the British-based team in the season starting in Australia on March 29.

The team will led by principal Ross Brawn, the new owner, and will use Mercedes engines.
