The Works Division employees who worked on the restoration of the Xarolla Windmill some 13 years ago did a professional job. It was damaged by last Wednesday gale force winds because its sails might not have been positioned as they should have been depending on the direction of the wind.

No disrespect to the Works Division but surely "qualified" resotration specialists should carry out the work as normally they have researched their subject and are qualified to carry out repairs in "the old fashioned way"
