Man accused of resisting policemen
A 50-year-old man from Zejtun was this afternoon granted bail against a personal guarantee of €10,000 after pleading not guilty to resisting four policemen in an incident yesterday.
The police said Consiglio Busuttil was arraigned before Magistrate Miriam Hayman and also accused of violating public order.
Inspector Arthur Mercieca prosecuted.
