'Asset-Backed Bond' launched

MFSP Financial has launched the ARM Assured Income Plan. This asset-backed bond invests in a combination of cash, cash equivalent assets and American Senior Life Settlement (SLS) policies issued by insurance companies rated investment grade or better. The ARM Assured Income Plan offers investment periods of five, seven and 10 years.

Specifically-designed with the aim of providing investors with regular income, attractive returns of up to 10 per cent per annum are paid out every three months. The Bond has been designed to be held until maturity and carries no entry fees or annual management charges.
