Following my recent top-up with Vodafone's current €50 offer, where you can get €15 extra free credit and 100 free Vodafone to Vodafone SMSs, I discovered that the free SMSs have a time window of only 30 days. Before I made the top-up I read the terms and conditions concerning the offer, of which I now also have a saved copy, and this time window applies only to another Easy top-up 200 free SMS offer and not this particular one.

I hope the concerned authorities like the MCA take action on this issue as people don't have time to waste waiting for an explanation from Vodafone's customer care by calling 247 hoping that a representative answers their call at least within 15 minutes!
