@C Camilleri:Not because he's from Gzira but I hear nothing but praises about Neil Harrison. I heard he is a zero tolerance type of law enforcement agent. With the type of crime he specializes in, the Neil Harrison type is what you need.

One hopes that there is an element of merit in these promotions and not just seniority. The time when one avoids doing anything and just waits for his promotions should be no longer allowed. Congratulations to you all.
