Weak punishment
The man who hit and injured those three poor children was given a mere six-month jail sentence. Is there something wrong with our laws where a monster like this gets off with just six months? Imagine if it was your child who was subjected to this.

What worries me is that the mother might still have custody of the innocent children.

Then for getting caught answering your phone you get a more severe (in my opinion) sentence. And what about the fact that insurances don't cover people who are victims of drunken drivers?!

I totally agree with Ms Falzon's comment, furthermore the mother just getting a suspended sentence, come-on surely there are harsher sentences that can be given ..its a disgrace !!!
