What ADT's wizards are missing is that road safety first and foremost comes from well designed, well constructed, and well maintained roads. The majority of modern vehicles are designed to perform well above our pathetic road speeds and are extremely safe.

Typical in this sub-European country to miss the wood for the trees. The ADT is so quick to blame speed as unsafe, that it's missing its obligations and responsibilities to provide safe roads up to European standards.
